SOCIETY OLD FASHIONED
Place a sugar cube on a napkin on top of a rocks glass, and add five or six drops of angostura bitters
Drop the sugar cube into the glass and add a splash of soda water. Crush and then stir the sugar into the soda water, then add 50ml of whisky. Top up with ice and stir for at least 20 seconds. Garnish with a slice of orange peel and a maraschino cherry.
IT’S ONLY GIN AND JUICE BUT I LIKE IT
Put ice in a cocktail shaker, then add 3ml of elderflower cordial, 50ml of Society gin, 150ml of fresh grapefruit juice and a couple of leaves of fresh basil. Shake for about 10 seconds and then pour directly into a highball glass. Garnish with some dried grapefruit and basil.
